Terms and Conditions for the "Mindful Tech Career" Retreat


Registration and Payment

  1. Booking: To secure your spot, complete the registration form and submit your payment via Stripe by May 6.
  2. Early Bird Rates: Benefit from early bird pricing by registering before April 13.
  3. Payment Methods: Payments are processed through Stripe.


Cancellation and Refunds

  1. Cancellation by You: You can cancel your spot for a full refund up until May 6th. After this date, refunds cannot be offered due to our commitments with the hotel.
  2. Cancellation by Us: The event may be canceled if there are too few participants. You will be notified by May 7th at the latest, and a full refund will be provided.


Conduct and Participation

  1. Respectful Behavior: We strive for an environment of respect and inclusion. During the retreat, personal experiences and information might be shared. We ask everyone to respect each other's privacy and confidentiality.
  2. Sharing: Feel free to share your own experiences and insights. However, please only share what you are comfortable with others knowing. While we encourage full participation, please engage in activities to the extent that you feel comfortable and listen to your own needs.
